Depression fighting juice recipe

Sage – 4-6 leaves
Carrots – 4 unpeeled
Celery – 2-3 sticks including the leaves
Thyme – Small sprig, just the leaves
Parsley – one handful
Rosemary – Small handful stalks removed
Tomatoes – 4-6 medium
Green pepper – half, seeded

For an extra kick, try adding a dash of black pepper or Worcestershire sauce

This juice is rich is Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Carotenoids, B vitamins and folic acid which combined form a powerful cleansing combination for body and mind. The essential oils in the Thyme will calm while the rosemary will help with focus and concentration.
